Successfully passed the planned inspection of the quality control of audit services of the OSNAD Quality Inspection, order 1 dated 02.03.2023.

The company is included in the list of independent auditors who have passed the selection procedure and can be involved in the verification of costs for projects within the framework of joint operational programs of cross-border cooperation ”European Neighborhood Instrument 2014-2020”. Ukraine-Poland-Belarus, Ukraine-Hungary-Romania-Slovakia.

Professional liability (civil and legal liability) is insured by JSC Insurance Company ”Brokbusiness”, contract 002704440/025 State Government dated 03.11.2022, term of the contract: from 12.12.2022 to 11.12.2023, total insurance amount UAH 10,000,000.

The staff of the auditing firm includes: certified (registered) auditors, junior auditors preparing to take the qualification exam, auditor assistants who have a higher economic education, the appropriate level of knowledge and experience in IFRS and NSBO &#8203;&#8203;and possess a high level of knowledge of tax legislation, a lawyer international class lawyer.

- preparation of documentation on transfer pricing (controlled transactions) and documentation - justification for adjustments of 30% of income and expenses on sales or acquisitions from non-residents, in accordance with paragraphs 140.5.4 PKU.
